Known for his premium foodie tours of the emirate, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai,  has made a visit to another luxe new restaurant, this time in Business Bay.

Recently opened at Hyde Hotel, the premium Japanese haven, Katsuya, welcomed Sheikh Hamdan last week to experience Chef Pavel Nigai’s excellent age-old cooking techniques.

With a combination of high-end designed with skillfully prepared culinary delights, the restaurant is sure to deliver an authentic experience with traditional flavours served on a plate.

From dumplings to delicious sushi platters, the fine-dining options at this restaurant are beyond delightful, as most of the dishes are freshly prepared straight from the robata grill.
