Mouthwatering food, sweeping skyline views, a cool and contemporary vibe and impeccable attention to detail are all at the helm of INTI Dubai.
Located at the newly opened Dubai EDITION Hotel in the heart of Downtown Dubai enables guests to indulge in an authentic Nikkei experience, combining Peruvian and Japanese cuisine.
With an uber-exclusive feel, this hotspot is located on the 23rd floor of the hotel with access via its very own elevator.
The open-air restaurant makes it the ideal place for dining in the UAE winter as guests dine in the company of the awe-inspiring skyline views, arguably some of the best (if not the best) in Dubai. However, not to worry, with winter soon coming to an end, INTI will be staying open all year round as it will be fully enclosed during the hotter months.
Seafood takes centre stage at INTI, with five different ceviche offerings on the menu alone. Top tip: to cover all your bases opt for INTI’s ceviche platter featuring salmon, sea bass, tuna, scallops and fava beans, you won’t regret it.
Other hero starter dishes include the black cod gyoza, aubergine tempura, the empanada kare (roasted vegetables, Japanese curry and pastry) and the holy grail guacamole – trust us, it’s like no other in Dubai.
For mains, opt for the josper grilled black cod with miso-apple and the confit duck with prange chipotle, basil miso and pumpkin seeds, as well as INTI’s Peruvian flavoured sashimi. The Hamachi and atun are particularly spectacular.
The restaurant venue is a spectacular entity in itself. Designed by Spanish architect Lázaro Rosa Violán, INTI combines indoor-outdoor dining perfectly with wood features paired with lush greenery throughout the space, as well as touches of inspiration from the Incas, the ancient people of Peru.
Throughout the evening, the restaurant becomes more of a party vibe, meaning you can socialize well into the night with tracks played by the restaurant’s resident DJ.
Overall, it’s safe to say a night at INTI is truly an experience, not simply a dinner.
