The Lebanese label offers a glimpse at the opulent number created for this Dhs37 million wedding.
If you’re spending an estimated US$10 million (Dhs36.7 million) on your big day, it’s pretty much expected you’ll have a dress that will stop your guests in their tracks.
And that’s what Zuhair Murad delivered when tasked with creating a wondrous gown for this LA-based wedding last month.
The Lebanese label dressed bride Lolita Osmanova for her recent nuptials, and the result is almost otherworldly.

Osmanova, the daughter of Russian energy tycoon Eldar Osmanov, wore an off-the-shoulder number from the brand featuring a fairytale sweeping train and lace and jewel embellishments.
The bride, who tied the knot with fiancé Gaspar Avdolyan in LA’s Dolby Theatre, also donned a tulle veil and lace-and-gem-encrusted headband for her walk down the aisle.
While the wedding took place in early July, Zuhair Murad has just shared images of the gown, including this one that showed the magnitude of the cream-hued train:
“Wishing you a lifetime of happiness [as] flower-filled & embellished as your big day,” the Beirut-born brand wrote to the newlyweds on Instagram.
Last month, Osmanova thanked the haute couture label for the “masterpiece” she wore as walking up the gold-hued-aisle.
The gown wasn’t the only extravangance on the big day, with the couple flying in chart-topping singer Lady Gaga to perform at the reception.
The newlyweds, who reportedly spent US$500,000 on flowers alone, also tucked into a 10-tier wedding cake, enjoyed a show by US singer Jason Derulo, and hired a symphony orchestra for the Hollywood-themed nuptials.
