Starting this month from 1pm to 5pm every Saturday, CHINGÓN’s at The Grand Millennium Hotel in Business Bay will be hosting a party brunch. ‘El Camino de Flores’, meaning; ‘the path of flowers’, features contemporary Mexican menu and signature sips, live entertainment with dancers, drummers and musicians, resident and international DJ’s to get you into the Mayan spirit. Make sure to try duck quesadilla’s, king crab nachos and chimichurri burrata. The brunch also offers a specially curated menu for vegetarians and vegans which includes wild mushroom ceviche and chipotle kale salad. Priced at Dhs295 for non alcoholic and Dhs395 with alcohol.

Bread Street Kitchen will be offering a three-course vegan menu as well as vegan wines. You will have the option to start with dips, flatbreads and roasted vegetables or a superfood salad, before moving on to a vegan take on two of Gordon Ramsay’s most famous dishes: a “shepardless pie” or a vegetable wellington served with a beetroot jus. A delicious dairy-free pineapple pannacotta with kiwi, passionfruit and coconut sorbet completes the meal, priced Dhs150 per person.
