After the cancellation of the Celine men’s SS24 show in July, creative director Hedi Slimane directed, casted and styled “The Show That Never Happened” and released the film today across the iconic Parisian brand’s social media platforms.

Entitled “Delusional Daydream”, the video scenes starring classical ballet dancer Laurids Seidel were shot at Le Grand Rex, Monte-Carlo Opera Garnier and La Gaité Lyrique, where the runway show was initially planned to take place.

The film showcases Seidel performing in between the runway show, set to LCD Soundsystem’s indie electronic beats.

Press play to discover the unreleased Celine SS24 collection of gender-fluid silhouettes and Slimane’s signature grunge-rock suiting, heavily inspired by New York’s youth, art and music vibrant energy.
