Victoria Beckham loves to her share her makeup and skincare tips, regularly posting her favourite brands, travel essentials, beauty tutorials as well as insight into why she is obsessed with crystal healing. Her most recent set of Instastories reveal her morning routine, and lucky for us it doesn’t involve brands with hefty price tags.

She starts her day with two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar (she uses Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar) which reportedly can help weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and tackle bacteria. She follows that with another A-list favourite, fresh lemon squeezed into boiling water. It help hydrate the body after a night of no liquids, it also aids digestion, flushes out the toxins and can be a great soother for a sore throat. We suggest squeezing it into warm water as it’s easier to drink in larger quantities.

The next step in Beckham’s routine is some coffee with a superfood breakfast made by her daughter Harper – a mix of chia seeds and almond milk and “a random raspberry”. After that, she heads off for a two-hour workout, probably wearing her collection for Reebok.

Designer, and founder of her very own beauty brand, will be showcasing her next fashion collection at London Fashion Week in February and we can’t wait for Victoria Beckham Beauty drop.
