Well hello, beautiful.
It’s likely that we’re a little biased, but some of the best models in the world come from our corner of it.
Among that rarefied crowd is Egyptian-Moroccan beauty Imaan Hammam, and it looks like we’re not her only fans.
The 21-year-old, who was born in the Netherlands, wore one of the standout looks from Versace’s fall 2018 show at Milan Fashion Week.
We’re not sure we could pull off a black leather mini dress with a wide, gold-buckled belt, but we’re not models. Hammam is, and you’ve got to see her in action.
Outstanding. We’re dying over her oversized key earrings, too.
Is this an office-friendly look? Well, no, but that’s what we love about it. It’s in your face, it means it, and it’s very Versace.
The label shared another image of Hammam on its own Instagram. She looks about two metres tall.
Versace’s show took over Milan’s Royal Palace, which we think is a suitably luxurious venue for the brand.
Other looks were more covered up, but none were lacking in attitude. Think clashing prints, bold colours, fringing, and draped shoulders.
“Creativity comes from a clash of ideas,” Donatella Versace said on Instagram, and there’s plenty of evidence of all that.
Here are a few of our other favourite looks:
We’ll have one of each, thank you.
