And it could be yours (if you’ve got the money).

Dubai isn’t exactly short of a swanky property or two – but one in particular has just shot to the top of our #housegoals list.

This villa on the city’s Palm Jumeirah has recently come on to the market, and its blueprints are more luxe than your average.

Boasting 11 bedrooms, a private strip of pristine beach and 16 bathrooms, the 46,000-square-foot property comes with an understandably flash price tag.

How much will it cost you to snap it up, you ask? Well, the asking price rings in at US$60m (Dhs219 million) – so it’s probably not starter home material.

But you get a lot for your money, with the property also housing a 16-seat cinema, and a nightclub that can accommodate 200 people.

(Just think of the movie nights you could host).

The villa, which sits right at the end of one of the picturesque man-made island’s fronds (hence all the beachfront), also comes with an indoor and outdoor pool, staff accommodation and a sprawling garage for all your high-end cars.

According to real estate agents Gulf Sotheby’s, it will be the most expensive property to be sold on the Palm if it goes for the asking price.

“Tip villas are extremely rare,” said Leigh Williamson, associate at Gulf Sotheby’s International Realty, told Gulf Business.

“There’s only one tip at each frond, so there are only a handful of these properties available. The homeowners are all very discerning, prestigious individuals.”

The property also comes with 14,000 square feet of outdoor space, and already has written approval for the new owners to add a private jetty.
