The Royal will head the UAE delegation in Davos
HH Sheikh Hamdan, Crown Prince of Dubai, will lead the United Arab Emirates delegation at the The World Economic Forum. The forum, which is on its 49th edition is a non-profit organization, best known for its annual meeting at the end of January, in Davos, Switzerland.

The event draws in prominent political and business leaders, economists, celebrities, and journalists from all around the world, as they come together to discuss global issues. The UAE are set to participate in 10 sessions, from January 22 to 25.
The delegation will be led by Sheikh Hamdan, who took to twitter to express how honoured he is for the opportunity, “It is an honour to represent the UAE in international forums. I am proud to head the UAE delegation to the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos.”

The theme of this year’s forum looks at how to cope with the fourth industrial revolution. The UAE will discuss global challenges in the fields of economy, advanced science, space, artificial intelligence, environment and entrepreneurship.
“The UAE is keen to contribute to the enhancement of international cooperation & global efforts that aim to benefit humankind. It is thus essential to support platforms such as the World Economic Forum that seek to tackle future global challenges,” the Crown Prince tweeted in regards to the country’s participation.

The Dubai Royal, who was vacationing in Canada a few days ago, made a pit-stop in London before landing in Davos. He took to Instagram story to share some pictures with his followers after landing in the freezing mountain resort.
