Dubai has always been known to welcome tourists with open arms, but it’s not a regular occurrence to receive a personal welcome from a member of the emirate’s ruling family.
However, for one family who recently touched down in Dubai, they were lucky enough to be welcomed to the emirate by the Crown Prince.
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum recently made a visit to the iconic Burj Al Arab where he met a family visiting from China.
The Crown Prince of Dubai shared a photo and a message welcoming the family to the UAE with his 12.8 million Instagram followers.
In the photo, His Highness is seen sitting next to the family with the father, mother and their two little boys with the Burj Al Arab’s sparkling Christmas tree in the background.
“I met this beautiful family in Burj Al Arab who are visiting all the way from China,” Sheikh Hamdan said on Instagram. “Welcome to Dubai and enjoy your stay!”
We’re sure this encounter with the Crown Prince of Dubai will be a highlight from their holiday!
