In the words of Sir Henry Royce, “Small things make perfection, but perfection is no small thing.”

This is a mantra Rolls-Royce has continued to embody throughout its history and is exemplified in its latest adaptations to the eighth-generation Phantom.

The new expression of the iconic luxury car includes subtle new upgrades and design touches whilst preserving and retaining the legacy of the Phantom.

In line with client requests and feedback, the subtle enhancements include a new suite of wheels, a new textile update, a grille upgrade and the introduction of ‘Rolls-Royce Connected’ to the model.

Noticing the increasing number of clients taking to the driving seat themselves, the debut of Rolls-Royce Connected ensures an elevated driving experience, enabling owners to send an address directly to the motor car from Whispers, the Rolls-Royce private-members’ application, providing seamless navigation to an event, restaurant, dealership or even the home of Rolls-Royce itself.

Meanwhile, Phantom also welcomes new design elements including new polished horizontal line between the daytime running lights and Pantheon Grille; a new suite of stainless wheels 3D, milled with triangular facets; and the steering wheel has been made slightly thicker.

Echoing the demand for a superlative experience, Torsten Müller-Ötvös, Chief Executive Officer, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars explained the upgrades are “subtle, yet meaningful enhancements reflect their evolving tastes and requirements”.

“Phantom occupies an unrivalled position at the very apex of the luxury world. As our pinnacle product, it represents the very best of Rolls-Royce design, engineering and craftsmanship – a perfect blend of vision, creativity, the finest materials, skill, patience and precision.”
