Shine bright like a diamond
Another day, another twin moment between a regional and Hollywood star. We have seen Maya Diab and Taylor Swift rocking the same metallic Balmain dress, and Priyanka Chopra and Bella Throne championing the same halter dress by Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini. Now, the latest case is between our July/August cover-star Paris Hilton and Egyptian actress, Yasmine Sabri.
Last year, Yasmine turned all heads at the Gouna Film Festival. The Hekayti actress wore a sleeveless shimmery gold dress by Kuwaiti designer, Yousef Al-Jasmi. The Khaleeji talent is known for his love for crystals and sequins, making his designs easy to spot. The actress completed the sultry look with a strong red-lip and a diamond necklace and earrings.

Meanwhile, our former cover-star wore the designer’s yellow creation at a Hollywood party during New York Fashion Week. Paris posted several videos of the long on her Instagram, comparing herself to a blonde Jessica Rabbit. The socialite stunned, taking the look to another level with her long platinum blonde locks.

At this point, Yousef Al-Jasmi’s client list reads like a Who’s Who of superstars. The Kuwaiti couturier, launched his eponymous label in 2007, and has since dressed the biggest names in the region and Hollywood. One of his biggest fans are Kylie Jenner and Mariah Carey, who wore the designer on numerous occasions.
Another big fan of the Khaleeji designer is our July/August cover girl. Paris wore several pieces by the designer while shooting the Emirates Woman cover shoot, showing just how much she loves the Kuwaiti couturier.
