How adorable!

This holiday season, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle broke away from tradition, opting to spend their time off in Canada. This included Christmas and New Year’s Eve, two occasions that brought us adorable new pictures of their seven-month-old son, Archie.

To ring in the new year, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex posted a video highlight the events of 2019 on their official Instagram account. The video montage played to Coldplay’s song, Clocks, and was captioned: “Wishing you all a very Happy New Year and thanking you for your continued support! We’ve loved meeting so many of you from around the world and can’t wait to meet many more of you next year. We hope 2020 brings each of you health and continued happiness.”

The highlight of the video was a picture of Prince Harry holding baby Archie in front of a scenic blue lake. Their baby boy is adorably all bundled up, wearing a winter coat, warm booties, and a gray hat with pom poms. The photo was presumably taken during the family vacation in Canada, as the Duke and Duchess are reportedly spending the holidays in the Vancouver Island area.

The top moments in the clip included the Meghan and Harry’s royal tour of Southern Africa, their spring royal tour of Morocco and the Duke’s PSA for World Mental Health Day with Ed Sheeran. Of course it wouldn’t be a montage honouring 2019 if it didn’t include the birth and the christening of their first child, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor.
