Level Shoes commissions Dubai-based objects of design brand KAMEH for a collectible shoe box.
Blurring the lines between object and art, this limited edition collectible has been technically crafted in gleaming white with a mix of metal, foam, and cement to represent the multiple layers of the human self. “I wanted to create a box people can use for their special sneakers, a box that can be used as part of their interior, a box that can be displayed. Inspiration came from the perfect white box, which I wanted to make my way: imperfectly perfect. In order to create something unusual, you need to destroy something familiar,” says design wunderkind KAMEH.
