We believe this is what they call a fashion moment.
Half-Palestinian supermodel Gigi Hadid has a knack for picking great outfits — you may remember we talked about 23 of them on her last birthday — but even by her standards, this is something special.
For the Council of Fashion Designers of America awards in New York on Monday night, Hadid wore a bright, clashing multi-coloured catsuit from Versace.

Gigi Hadid and Donatella Versace have the sweetest friendship
And we think you’ll agree, she looked pretty spectacular:
The look is bright, bold and memorable, and we love it. Hadid wore red Stuart Weitzman heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.
Artistic director Donatella Versace walked the carpet with Hadid in a black sculpted strapless gown of her own design.
Looks like their designer and muse relationship is in very good health. Back in May, Hadid wished Versace a happy birthday in a sweet Instagram post.
“I am so grateful to have you in my life, thank you for everything,” she said alongside a photo of the two together.
By the way, would you like to see Hadid’s outfit in motion? We’ve got you.
Also in attendance was the legendary Naomi Campbell, who was honoured with the CFDA’s annual fashion icon award.
Campbell wore Calvin Klein, and wrote on Instagram that she was “truly blessed and honored, grateful beyond words,” to receive the award.
The night saw quite a guest list — as well as the big names already discussed, models Kendall Jenner, Emily Ratajkowski and Kaia Gerber were on hand to celebrate, as well as designers like Diane von Furstenberg, Alexander Wang and Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen of The Row.
Lupita Nyong’o, Issa Rae and Kourtney Kardashian also showed face.
