Talk us through your morning routine.
I’m an early bird and I usually start my morning by washing and focusing on my skincare routine. After that, I try to do a 20-minute meditation session, but on lazy days I sometimes skip it! However, it helps me think more clearly throughout the day. Then I head for breakfast and plan out the rest of my day.
And how about your evening routine?
I go to bed around midnight but start my routine around 10pm. I love evening baths and I take them frequently with magnesium flakes. After that, I brush my teeth do my skincare, and then catch up on tv shows until I fall asleep.
What are your go-to skincare products?
I have very sensitive skin, so I try to keep it simple with skincare and makeup. I love Jan Marini Skin Research’s Bioglycolic face wash, SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF Prevent Serum and the iS Clinical Active Serum. These are the products I use in my daily routine.

Are you a fan of masks?
I love masks but unfortunately, my skin doesn’t react well to most of what I’ve tried. Sometimes if my skin feels too dry I use an overnight water-based hydrating mask.
How would you describe your relationship with makeup?
I love natural-looking makeup and believe that it should be used to hide temporary skin imperfections and to enhance facial features you love and want to draw attention to. I try to take care of my skin as much as I can so I can minimise makeup as much as possible.
What can always be found in your makeup bag?
I always have concealer! I have dark circles under my eyes, so I use the Motives concealer – it’s my absolute favourite it gives me full coverage. I also love the Laura Mercier Caviar Volume mascara. I use these two products on a daily basis. I’m also obsessed with the CTZN cosmetics GLOBALM, which is a lightweight balm that adds shine anywhere on the face.
