On the occasion of Ramadan, Swiss watchmaking Maison Vacheron Constantin collaborates with Emirati artist Omar Al Gurg for an in-store art installation in the Maison’s flagship boutique at Dubai Mall.

This artistic collaboration reveals “Among The Pillars”, a 4-meter tall masterpiece thoughtfully conceived by the Dubai-born designer and founder of Modu Method that further enriches the in-store experience.

Known for his pragmatic approach, Omar champions accessible design in creating contemporary pieces that seamlessly echoes Arab identity.

Inspired by the region’s rich landscape and Islamic architecture, the installation is a prime example of the Maison’s philosophy.

It is crafted from locally sourced materials such as palm tree fronds and date-seed based solid surface while an engraved plate with the Vacheron Constantin signature logo adorns the top of the pillars, underscoring the seamless link between watchmaking excellence and local craftsmanship techniques.
