Your ultimate guide to the weekend – April 22 to April 24.

A candlelit dinner

Carine Dubai

As Thursday, April 22, marks Earth Day, Carine – one of the restaurants by Chef Izu Ani – will be hosting a candlelit dinner, aiming to promote awareness of the dangers of climate change, as many other high-profile figures and climate change leaders will be doing so to mark the day. Using only candlelight, it’s the perfect romantic setting to enjoy an end-of-week dinner, whilst standing by a worthy cause. The restaurants, located at Emirates Golf Club, continually aims to minimise its impact on the environment by avoiding waste at all costs, harvesting seasonal ingredients which ensures lower emission consumption and more.
