Get ready to binge your favourite movies
August is fast approaching, and the summer heat is getting more intense. So, if you are looking for something to do next month, the Dubai Opera got you covered, as they are set to host a Disney movie marathon.
If you are a Disney fan, and how can you not be, then head down to the Dubai Opera from August 15 to August 30 to get your fix. Prepare for two unstoppable weeks, where they will be showing a line up of 48 of the greatest Disney movies of all time. So end your summer on a high note, and celebrate the best animated and live-action titles from all decades.

This mega movie marathon will show four different films each day, at 9.30am, 1pm, 4.30pm and 8pm. The incredible movie list includes classics such as The Little Mermaid, Lady and the Tramp, Mary Poppins, Peter Pan, Cinderella, Bedknobs And Broomsticks, The Aristocats, Honey I Shrunk the Kids and many more. The highlight of the marathon will fall on Friday August 16, as the Dubai Opera will be hosting a special sing-along version of Beauty and the Beast.
Tickets for each movie screening start from AED 60 for adults and AED 40 for child tickets. Meanwhile, a full festival pass to attend all 48 movie screening is priced at AED 495 for adults and AED 295 for kids. Children under two and nannies go free.
