This festive season three outdoor activations are taking place at Dubai International Financial Centre as they launch ‘Winter Vibes at Gate Avenue’ – a month-long celebration featuring al fresco dining, comedy and movies.
Even better, all of the activations offer free entry, with only one of them requiring a minimum spend of Dhs180.
The Jazz Garden
Every Thursday and Friday from December 10, 2020 to January 8, 2021, enjoy an evening of jazz at The Jazz Garden in DIFC. Each week, doors are open from 7pm with music performances running until nearly midnight.
Entry is complimentary – there’s just a Dhs180 minimum spend required on the food and beverage outlets available, which you get in the form of a ticket voucher.
For those seeking Christmas plans, take advantage of The Jazz Garden’s festive line-up on December 24 and 25 with performances by trumpet player and jazz singer, Ronald Baker.
Sounds of Monique Thomas who is taking to the stage on New Year’s Eve and again on New Year’s Day. The American songstress combines jazz, soul, gospel and pop. The final weekend’s performance is from Faby Medina on January 7 and January 8.
Jazz night tickets are available to purchase on Platinum List.
Comedy night
Every Wednesday until January 8, enjoy some laughs from Dubai comedy troupe Dubomedy. The free show starts at 7.30pm.
Movie night
You can also watch a movie under the stars at the Winter Vibes Gate Avenue DIFC – the perfect activity to enjoy with family and friends.
Taking place every Monday from December 14, 2020 until January 4, 2021, enjoy films including Crazy Rich Asians, Elf, The Holiday and Detective Pikachu. Complimentary seating is offering with bean bags.
