The good and the bad
In September, we saw the biggest names from the Egyptian and Arab entertainment industry dazzle us with their red-carpet looks. Now, they are back with more show-stopping looks for the Cairo International Film Festival.
This year, the festival set in Egypt’s capital will be taking on gender inequality, as CIFF has become the first in the Arab world to sign the 5050×2020 gender equality charter. While it is a great platform to celebrate Arab and Egyptian film, it is also the place to spot the latest looks from Middle Eastern fashion designers.
For this year’s event, Arab stars have stepped out in their most experimental and out-there looks, some getting it right, while others were a miss. Here are looks that you wouldn’t want to miss from Cairo International Film Festival’s opening ceremony.
