Flywheel at Cove Beach

Flywheel offers cycling classes by the beach, so you can work out and enjoy the weather. The sports outlet at Dubai’s new beach club Cove Beach at Bluewaters, could be the perfect place for you to switch up your fitness game. Flywheel offers two complementary classes through out January, and the next one will is on Sunday January 13. The first class will start at 8:30AM and the second class will start at 9:30AM. Hip Hop Cardio

If you are looking for a fun and effective way to burn off some calories, then this is the place for you. The workout incorporates hip-hop dance into your exercise routine, which will increase your energy levels and improve your overall physical fitness. The sessions are held every Monday and Wednesday at Business Bay Exchange Tower, Tuesday at Al Quoz Warehouse Gym, and Wednesday at Marina NRG FITNESS.

Float UAE

Float UAE offers you the chance to get a high intensity workout while getting some time in the sun. The water based classes offers a unique workout for men, women and children. Be prepared to jump, squat, and splash while you navigate this forty minute session. Float UAE offers classes in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with the Dubai classes taking place at the Intercontinental Dubai Marina.

Swing yoga

Find your flow with swing yoga, a workout that requires silk hammocks. The classes focus on strengthening both your physical and mental health. The classes involve some mat-based warm up moves and stretching, before having you jump onto a hammock. As you build your confidence and strength, you could get into harder and tricker moves like backbends and inversions. Swing Yoga is located at Define, Silverene Tower, Dubai Marina, Dubai.

F45 Training

F45 offers a different class “type” everyday of the week. One day could be resistance-based workout’s that include lots of dumbbells and body-strength exercises, while the next day would be all about HIIT cardio with burpees, bike sprints, and rowing. The Australian gym has over 3,000 different exercises in their database, ensuring that you will not have to do the same class twice. The 45 minute session include a live DJ on Fridays. You could also join the occasional beach sessions for a change in scenery. F45 offers a two-week free trial for newcomers, so you can go and see if this is the gym for you, no strings attached. Barry’s Bootcamp

From L.A. to Stockholm and Sydney to Dubai, Barry’s Bootcamp is one of the world’s most successful fitness classes. During the 50 minute intense class you will find yourself on a treadmill running, sprinting, and pushing your body to its limit. However, if you hate treadmills, you could spend the whole class on the floor. The way the bootcamp works. is that it designed a weekly schedule so that you work out a different muscle group every day of the week. The bootcamp takes place at Trident grand mall, 1st floor, opposite Le Royal Meridien resort, at Dubai Marina.
