What I do:
I oversee the development of all of our brands (tashas, Flamingo Room by tashas and Galaxy Bar). I am passionate about design and work closely with our team on the interiors of all of our stores. I also oversee the creation of all of our menus as we are constantly looking to innovate.
My milestone moment:
Creating what I didn’t know would become the ‘anti-franchise franchise model’. In opening my second tashas, I realised that I wanted each one to be a little bit different. Since then, every tashas is inspired by a time or a place.
Up next:
In 2020, we will be opening new locations in the UAE and the GCC. We will also be opening in Australia. Our second cookbook, tashas Inspired, will be launching soon as well.
