What I do:
I’m an Emirati landscape designer and I’ve had my own studio for 17 years. We specialise in high end residential projects and boutique commercial projects.
My Milestone moment:
In 2015 I took a risk and decided to submit a design to the Chelsea Flower Show. I wanted to fulfil a dream and to design a contemporary Islamic garden. I wanted people to understand more about our culture and religion through landscape. It’s something we can all relate to. I created The Beauty of Islam and won a Silver Gilt Medal.
Up Next:
To continue educating and pushing for the use of indigenous plants in landscapes across the Middle East. I’m also currently designing a beautiful Islamic garden in Al Barari in Dubai.
