The ruler of Dubai is an affable fellow.
Not only has he helped grow the UAE, in particular the emirate of Dubai, into the great place it is today, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, regularly shows off his humorous side.
In fact, HRH Princess Haya recently revealed to Emirates Woman that the royal almost photobombed a wedding party – and now we’ve seen him in the act.
In a recently shared video on Facebook, a woman can be seen trying to grab a selfie with Sheikh Mohammed – who, upon realising this, decides to pop out one of his trademark three-fingered salutes behind her back.

It seems that between running Dubai and the UAE, Sheikh Mohammed still finds the time to maintain a great bond with his children.
