That’s right, the royal’s daughter, Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has just announced her imminent engagement.

The vice-chairman of the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority took to Instagram to reveal the news, and the congratulations soon flooded in.

The royal is set to become engaged to Sheikh Faisal Saud Khalid Al Qasimi tomorrow, the Khaleej Times reports.

Sheikh Fasil is the nephew of the Minister of State for Tolerance, Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, and belongs to the royal family of Ras Al Khaimah.

Sheikha Latifa also shared an image of her betrothed with her father, captioning it “my family”.

Sheikha Latifa’s family used the photo-sharing app to send their best wishes, with the royal’s sister, Sheikha Maryam wishing her “a lifetime of love and happiness”.

“Best wishes on this journey, as you build your new lives together. May the years ahead be filled with lasting joy, and that today is the beginning of a long, happy life together,” she wrote.

It is not known when the nuptials will take place, but we’ll keep you updated.
