He is one of the few Hollywood actors who has managed to maintain heartthrob status throughout his career and recent images of the star showcasing the highlights of Dubai, further prove that Rob Lowe still has it.

Rob Lowe lit up our Twitter and Instagram feeds over the weekend as he documented his trip in Dubai.

Posting solo images of himself in the UAE, it seemed the 52-year-old actor was travelling without his family, which leads us to wonder whether he was in the region scoping out future projects – will he be filming new a movie here or perhaps we can expect some Rob Lowe-rise towers (bad pun, sorry).

Either way the actor, who was part of the 1980s Hollywood Brat Pack, seemed to be having a good time.

In one of the first tweets, Rob Lowe looked dashingly handsome with his famous jawline still proving as impressive as the Dubai skyline.

Before flying to Chicago, Rob managed to share one last momento of his trip in Dubai, praising the emirates iconic architecture.

If you are wondering what Rob Lowe does these days, other than clearly working out, the actor is also the star of The Grinder, a TV series on Fox network. It’s a legal comedy also starring late 1980s wonderkid Freddy Savage.
