Longtime residents of the UAE will probably be slightly taken aback to realise it’s been 10 years since Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was completed. Time has a tendency to get away on us.
Be that as it may, the Dhs2 billion structure was officially finished on December 20, 2007. It’s one of our country’s most instantly recognisable sights, incredible from an architectural point of view as well as deeply significant from a religious one.
