Naomi Campbell also jetted in from Dubai for Dolce & Gabbana’s New York show.

We pegged her as one of this year’s models to watch – and our prediction has just been proved right.

Tunisian catwalk star Sonia Ben Ammar was among the A-list models chosen to take part in Dolce & Gabbana’s newest star-studded show over the weekend.

Held at New York’s Metropolitan Opera House, the luxury Italian brand presented its Spring 2018 Alta Moda collection in a jaw-dropping display.

Dripping in luxuriant feathers, ultra-feminine florals and printed ballgowns, the couture line was quite the sight to behold – and the guest list didn’t disappoint either.

Actresses Diane Kruger and Isabella Rossellini, actor Jamie Foxx and Catherine Zeta Jones were among the front row, and there were plenty of stars on the runway too.

Sara Sampaio, Joan Smalls, Karen Elson and Ashley Graham walked, as well as Ammar, who’s already got some big campaigns under her belt at the tender age of 19.

Ammar also has her eyes on the music industry, and has previously revealed her plans to one day release an album.

Joining the Paris-born model on the catwalk was hijabi superstar Halima Aden, who sported a bold printed suit from Dolce & Gabbana.

The 20-year-old Somali-American model, who shot to fame in 2016 after donning traditional Muslim dress to compete in a US beauty pageant, revealed the show was a “dream come true”.

Legendary super Naomi Campbell also supported the Italian label on the night, jetting in straight from Dubai to walk in the show.
