The latest Address will have direct access straight into The Dubai Mall’s fashion hub.
Developer Emaar has announced a new Address hotel project in Downtown Dubai, opposite the Burj Khalifa and linked to The Dubai Mall.
It’ll be called Address Fashion Avenue and, as you might expect from the name, it will be all about style. The property will be linked to Fashion Avenue at The Dubai Mall (so you can literally pop out of your room and straight to the shops – hurrah!).
In a statement, Emaar Hospitality Group CEO Olivier Harnisch said the hotel and serviced apartments “will appeal to those value exclusivity, love fashion and wish to make a personal statement on their preferences and aspirations”.

“With Dubai fast evolving as a global fashion hub, the project will appeal to the trendy and trend-setters,” he said.
“Address brings enriching experiences for our guests, and we will continue to enrich their lives with luxury, style and elegance.”
The complex will be split between 167 hotel rooms and 78 private residences, and will also house a library, lounge, café, restaurant and rooftop pool.
For the serious (and well-heeled – these won’t be cheap) shoppers among us, there couldn’t be a better place to call home.
“It will offer an extensive range of gourmet experiences, with speciality restaurants and lounges, a signature spa and a fully equipped fitness centre, along with other leisure amenities and world-class meeting and event facilities,” the company’s site reads.
Address Fashion Avenue will be the 12th hotel under that branding in Dubai, and the 20th overall.
It’s not clear when the hotel will be opening, but we’ll keep you updated.
Also set to open this year is the Bulgari Resort and Residences on Jumeira Bay Island. In January, executive vice president Silvio Ursini told Gulf Business it would be the most expensive hotel in the city.
“We think the facilities here, the beach and vicinity will justify that, but also the size of the rooms which will be very generous,” Ursini said at the time.
“[It will be the] most ambitious project ever launched in the luxury world”.
