Perfectly tailored wide-leg trousers aren’t just for the office – as this gal proves, they’re weekend-ready when pared back with a logo tee and dainty cross-body bag.

A cut above

In fact, this fashionista is our new trouser muse, pictured here rocking the sometimes-hard-to-pull-off culottes. We’ve always feared they were a high-heels-only affair, but here they look cool, calm and not leg-shorteningly slouchy paired with metallic mules.

Into the blue

Here is fine proof that denim can be office-friendly (especially when a snazzy silver brogue is involved). We’re already picturing throwing a marl jumper over the top in winter, adding a little collar underneath for big meetings, chucking on a strappy stiletto for drinks…

This plaid pencil skirt feels very Mad Men meets modern day – mostly thanks to the embellished mules and boyfriend-fit knit.
