The festival, which will be held at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre between February 21 and 23, will mark Martin’s first-ever performance in Dubai (wahey!).

The former boybander, who first found fame aged 12 as part of pop group Menudo, performs in both English and Spanish.

His most famous track (in our humble opinion) is probably this number, which we’re already looking forward to boogying to:

Just the 179 million views for that one…

Martin’s other hits include Maria, She Bangs, Private Emotion and Nobody Wants to be Lonely, with 10 albums (of which more than 70 million copies have been sold) and a Las Vegas residency under his belt.

The 45-year-old has also garnered plenty of awards in his decades-long career, including two Grammys, multiple MTV Music Awards, and he’s got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Martin is particularly beloved in his home nation, where August 31 is officially International Ricky Martin Day.
