Cardi B chose to mark the VMAs by wearing Nicolas Jebran and Azzi and Osta
Cardi B hit the red carpet for the first time this week, since giving birth to her daughter earlier this summer.
The New York-based rapper chose to do so in style, wearing a bright fuschia dress by Lebanese designer Nicolas Jebran. The stunning fitted velvet dress was cut to the thigh on the front, and longer at the back.
She finished the look off with a new hairdo. Ditching her previous waist-length hair, the brunette showcased a short pixie crop.
The star made a costume change during the awards and switched to fashion label Azzi and Osta.
She chose a beautiful scarlet fitted strapless dress from the Beirut-based label.
Similar to the Nicolas Jebran outfit, the dress was cut short at the front and ran long at the back. The brand proved lucky for the I like it hit maker, as she went on to win the Best New Artist award at the MTV Video Music Awards that evening, wearing the dress.
Cardi B welcomed her first child, a daughter named Kulture Kiari Cephus on 10th July this year, with her husband, the rapper Migos Offset.
