Late nights and fasting can have an adverse effect on your skin and energy levels… but a little pampering can go a long way towards making you feel more like yourself.
Luckily, many spas and salons across the country put on special offers throughout the Holy Month, to help you treat yourself.
So, we’ve sifted through the deals to bring you nine of the best around this Ramadan. So read, ring to book, and then kick back and relax…
The award-winning spa in the Madinat Jumeirah is celebrating the Holy Month with complimentary meditation classes. The 30-minute classes will teach visitors how to calm the mind and find a deeper sense of relaxation, and are suitable for both novices and experienced meditators. The practice is said to help lower blood pressure and relieve stress and fatigue, so could be a saviour for those fasting.

If you like your pampering at a special price, then Armani’s Ramadan deal might be for you. The spa is offering 40 per cent off any Classic Collection treatment (think facials, massages and scrubs) throughout the month, plus you’ll get access to the Armani Terme bathing facilities, relaxation area and Armani/Gym. Be warned, the outdoor pool is closed during Ramadan (though it’ll be far less hot and humid indoors anyhow…).
