The award-winning spa in the Madinat Jumeirah is celebrating the Holy Month with complimentary meditation classes. The 30-minute classes will teach visitors how to calm the mind and find a deeper sense of relaxation, and are suitable for both novices and experienced meditators. The practice is said to help lower blood pressure and relieve stress and fatigue, so could be a saviour for those fasting.
