Good news, people. We’ve got another couple of smash hits from Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad.
Monday evening in Los Angeles saw the premiere of Marvel’s latest film, Avengers: Infinity War, and our favourite looks from his studio.
The film’s been touted as the most ambitious crossover event of all time, but we think the real teamwork is between Murad and these stars.

Danai Gurira
This cherry-red slip gown has the kind of drama we’ve come to expect from Gurira, especially when she wears Middle Eastern designers.
Remember that peacock gown from Jean Louis Sabaji? Outstanding. Gurira has a go-big-or-go-home sensibility that we’ve got a lot of time for, and this Murad number suits her down to the ground.
It fits perfectly, and that strappy back is so well-executed. Great stuff.
Evangeline Lilly
Well hello, gorgeous. Who could have guessed that a sheer marigold peplum jumpsuit with caped sleeves could look this good?

Murad, that’s who, and Lilly for opting to wear it. There’s a bit of a Studio 54 vibe going on here, and we love it.
It looks like Lilly does, too. That’s the confident stance of a woman who knows she looks pretty exceptional.
We have to say, movie premiere style has been on top form this year. Remember the non-stop hits of the Black Panther carpets and press events?
