Scalini Dubai has introduced a new menu for September, showcasing the diverse culinary regions of Italy. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Francesco and Head Chef Stefano, the “Regioni del Gusto” menu features a selection of exquisite dishes inspired by authentic Italian flavors and traditions. From the sun-drenched shores of Puglia to the Mediterranean coast of Campania and the elegant Venetian waterways, each dish on the menu highlights the unique culinary heritage of its respective region. The menu includes deep-fried octopus and potato balls from Puglia, homemade gnocchi with Mediterranean fish ragout from Campania, breaded turbot fish fillet from Veneto, and a traditional almond cookie with vanilla custard and dark chocolate from Emilia Romagna. The “Regioni del Gusto” menu is available throughout September from 12pm to 12am at Scalini Dubai, located in the Restaurant Village at the Four Seasons Resort Jumeirah.

An initiative of Midas Event, DXB Live & Eva Live Middle East, Kuhad’s performance will take place at Zabeel 3 in Dubai World Trade Centre from 8pm onwards. On display for the first time in the UAE, Art For All brings “Andy Warhol, The Glam Factory” exhibition to Dubai. The collection of over 100 original pieces Andy Warhol pieces are on display including screenprints, photos, and magazines that illustrate his career. They provide a portrait of American society from the 1960s to the 1980s, a period of artistic, technological, and societal renewal. Designed by renowned New York-based architect Ibrahim Kombarji, the exhibition harmoniously blends Warhol’s avant-garde spirit with cutting-edge architectural design, creating an environment that both reflects and enhances the experience of Warhol’s work. Taking place at Foundry until October 31, 2024, it’s curated by Nada Ghandour. The exhibition will feature famed pieces including a screenprint portraits of Marilyn Monroe and Elizabeth Taylor.
