Knee plank tap out(repeat six times. Four sets)

Tips: Belly tight, squeeze butt and neck long

Side plank touches (repeat eight times then swap sides. Four sets)

Tips: Knees together, body straight and long lines

The dead bug (eight times each side. Hug knees and repeat. Four sets)

Tips: Make sure your back doesn’t arch. Alternate arm and leg stretch out

Sit and reach (eight each side. Four sets)

Tips: Back flat, legs up and crossed. Reach up, twist round, centre and back

Hip lift (eight times. Four sets)

Tips: Breathe in and as you breath out bring your belly in and push your heels to the ceiling

Cat stretch (1 min)

Tips: Hand under shoulders, knees under hips. Pull belly button in and lift

Stretch (30 seconds each side)

Tips: Take right leg behind your left and slide away. Bring hands forward and stretch

Hip flexers

Tips: Foot forward, raise head up

Quad stretch

Tips: Hold for at least 30 seconds on each side

Side stretch

Tips: Hold for at least 30 seconds on each side

Tricep stretch

Tips: Hold for at least 30 seconds on each side

Chest stretch

Tips: Hold for at least 30 seconds on each side
