Need motivation to get in shape? Fear not, every Sunday we give you a workout to follow at least three times a week. This week TribeFit trainer Darren gives us a core workout. #EWGetsFit  

Heavy Russian twists(20 reps, 10 on each side)

Tips: Keep feet together and slightly tilt back. Pull weight through from one side to the other and keep maximum control

Walking planks with alternating side leg extensions(20 reps)

Pull out with leg raise(one minute or as long as you can)

Tips: Put your legs flat and toes pointing up. Keep hands at the side and lift your legs so they’re at nearly 90 degrees. Hold for 10 sends then drop half way and hold for another10 seconds

Deep thrusters(20 reps)

Tips: Combines front squat and chest press. Look up to help keep your balance

Core lifts (12 reps, six each side)


Repeat these steps three times
