Box Jump (12 reps)

Tips: Chest up and feet square

Burpees (12 reps)

Clean & Press (12 reps)

Tips: Use a heavy bar

Front Crawl (12 reps)

Tips: Keep your core activated and bring hips to the ground when lowering

Weighted step up (12 reps, 6 on each leg)

Tips: stand with two heavy weights, hanging down by your side. Keep your chin up to help you balance

Power shift press ups(12 reps, 6 on each side)

Tips: Keep your feet close


Repeat these steps three times
