No excuses
Coronavirus might be keeping some of us indoors, but that’s not stopping gym-goers from getting in their 60-minute workout thanks to live streams from the likes of Yoga instructor Dina Ghandour while LES MILLS™ On Demand is offering 24/7 unlimited access to online workouts to it’s members.
In addition Barry’s Bootcamp – a favourite among celebrities and Dubai residents – has started live-streaming 20-30 minute workouts for free and the best part – no additional equipment is required. The UAE account is streaming their workouts live at 9am every day, which you can access for 24 hours.

While gym closures seem like a good excuse to skip a workout, many would argue that keeping fit is key to overall wellbeing and for boosting immunity. Activity flushes out bacteria and also enables better circulation, causing a change in antibodies and white blood cells – aka the body’s immune system. Not only that, but friendly endorphins are also released during exercise which improves sleep quality and reduces stress – and we all need that. The best news? You don’t have to workout every day. Depending on your lifestyle, 30-minute workout, three times a week will have you seeing good results.
