How it works?
Much like other juice detox programmes, you replace all meals with the supplied juices, drinking them in two- to three-hour increments followed by lots of water. The two small elixirs are there for when hunger strikes and you need an energy boost. The delicious nut milks are a welcome relief come dinnertime as they’re filling enough to see you through the night.

What I loved about Wild & The Moon, aside from the fact I knew exactly what I was drinking thanks to its detailed menu, was the accompanying material sent with the juices explaining why what you’re drinking is good for you, from immune-boosting properties to digestive enzymes. Every drink has its own purposeful antioxidants.
Verdict
Enjoying a fast-paced lifestyle has its downsides and so a detox is imperative for restoring balance. I juiced for just three days and throughout that time my usual bloating issues were nonexistence, I slept better and my brainpower improved.

The delivery service was superb, even managing to locate my hard-to-find apartment block– and the choice of times were easy to fit into my schedule.
