WATERMELON SALAD
Seves: 1 | Preparation time: 10minutes
Ingredients:
- 200g watermelon, sliced into big cubes
- 75g light cream cheese
- 60g rocca leaves
- 5g green olives, sliced
- 1g basil leaves
For the dressing:
- 8ml balsamic vinegar
- 6g honey
- 5ml olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
- Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.
- Arrange the rocca leaves in the bottom of the dish and place the watermelon cubes on it.
- Using a piping bag, pipe the cream cheese on top of the watermelon
- Arrange the green olive slices and basil leaves.
- Blend all the ingredients together for the dressing and adjust seasoning as per taste.
- Serve chilled with dressing on the side.
