We love it when the fashion and beauty worlds collide, especially in the name of a good cause. So imagine our delight to hear that earth-conscious designer Vivienne Westwood had joined forces with heavenly beauty brand Lush.

The eclectic designer has created a limited edition, 100 per cent organic cotton scarf for the festive season, with all profits going in support of Climate Revolution.

Available in camel or light pink and printed with Vivienne Westwood’s designs, they aim to highlight the fight against climate change and environmental degradation.

Inspired by the Japanese art of furoshiki, the scarf can be worn around the neck, head or, more importantly, used to wrap a gift – rather than wasting precious paper during the festive season.

Speaking about her collaboration with Lush, Westwood said: “I always say, buy less and buy better quality – so that what you buy will last. These Climate Revolution Knot-Wraps can replace wrapping paper and will last a lifetime.

“More importantly, when you buy them you join an uprising: the Climate Revolution that we need if we are to have a future that we can survive and thrive in.”

The Vivienne Westwood Climate Knot-Wrap Dhs150 is available at Lush, The Dubai Mall and online at lush.com
