His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, made an impassioned reciting of a poem hailing and praising Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince.

Sheikh Hamdan took to his Instagram story to share a photo of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of the UAE’s capital and Deputy Supreme Commander of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

In the footage, Sheikh Hamdan focuses on Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed’s face whilst narrating a poem hailing the Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE’s Armed Forces for his leadership.

In the poem, Dubai’s Crown Prince refers to Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed as the “lion of the UAE”.

Sheikh Hamdan, like his father, is known to be a keen poet and often publishes pieces under his nickname ‘Fazza’ which means “the one who helps” in Arabic.
