Luxury fashion house Valentino is known for its innovative stance when it comes to fashion, always staying ahead of the curve.
Their latest partnership with comedian Elsa Majimbo is unlike anything the fashion world has seen before.
Majimbo is known for her quick-witted sarcastic humour and this latest collaboration with Valentino will give the Maison the opportunity to tap into a new audience through the means of storytelling.
The fashion house will be releasing a children’s book by Majimbo – written in partnership with author and comedian Mo Kheir – who has 2.2 million followers on Instagram, which will feature words as they would be used in sentences by children vs. a comedic adult’s taken on them.
Written by the 19-year-old herself, she offers a refreshing take into the world of luxury fashion.
Majimbo shared her excitement on the new partnership, thanking Valentino for their support and belief in the project.
“I am so happy to have the support of my Valentino family in presenting this special book to the world,” she said. “They believed in and loved the project and supported me on it.”

The Alphabet for Kids & Adults book has launched worldwide on March 20, 2021, in limited quantities which will be distributed to specific Valentino friends and Majimbo fans.
