Need motivation to get in shape? Fear not, every Sunday we give you a workout to follow at least three times a week. This week TribeFit trainer Davin du Bois  gives us a heart pumping HIIT circuit training workout. #EWGetsFit

TRX squat row (15 reps)

Tips: Feet a little wider then hip width apart, loading your body in the squat position

Squat super set (10 reps of each step)

1.) Put arms out in front of you, take your butt half way back

2.) Go all the way down toward a full squat but stay half way and pulse

3.) Full range squats

Step up with knee ups (10 reps on each leg)

Tips: Keep one foot on the box the entire time

Sumo dead lifts (10 reps)

Side plank raises (15 reps on each side)

Tips: Keep your elbow directly below the shoulder. Touch the ground when you lower

Repeat these steps three times
