A Kiwi wearing an Emirati design in the US—we approve.
We pegged her as one of our women to watch in 2018, and our predication is already coming true.

The 21-year-old New Zealander has included a lilac coat from the Emirati brand in her Melodrama tour, which kicked off in the US last week.
The silk long-length piece could be spied in the singer’s Instagram snaps from the tour’s first night, which took place in Wisconsin on Thursday.
You can steal the star’s style as the belted design, which costs Dhs3,620, can be snapped up at ounass.ae and bysymphony.com.
This is just the latest famous face to sport Al Sharqi’s eponymous label, following in the footsteps of actress Sofia Vergara and supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio.
It’s been a swift rise to success for the designer, who is the daughter of the ruler of Fujairah and launched her brand back in 2012.
The Dubai-based designer, who studied at prestigious French fashion college Esmod, is famed for her uber-feminine silhouettes and juxtaposition of textures, with the brand picked up by fashion magazines around the world.

Her Spring/Summer 2018 collection in particular is a sight to behold, rich in vintage pastel hues and blending modern silhouettes with retro details.
We’re also getting a very 1960s London feel from her resort line for 2018, featuring gorgeous textiles and flowing cuts.
Expect to see it on a ream of A-listers in the season ahead…
