Hidden in the greens of the Dubai Golf Club, Sensasia has been the talk of the town for quite some time now. We thought what better time to indulge than after the EWA’s last month.

The Lowdown
Relaxation started the second we walked through the door. On arrival we was seated and told to swap our pinching heels for comfy slippers; certainly a welcome delight!
After filling out a quick form to personalise the treatment, we were led to the treatment room and given a soothing peppermint foot rub pre-massage, filling the room with a delicious, fresh clean scent.
Calming tunes gently played in the background and the masseuse started working on our back and shoulders, with the exact pressure and attention to the areas that we desired.
This was followed by a heavenly head massage. No oils were used so you could, if you wanted to, go straight from spa to party without the fear of greasy hair – always a bonus!
With the promise of a little after massage treat in the form of ginger tea and refreshing carrot and cucumber sticks, we moved to the relaxation area and a warm lavender infused bean bag was placed around our necks, making it very hard to leave.
The Result
The weight had been lifted off our shoulders, quite literally, and all the hard socialising and tender toes from our heels had disappeared.
