Tucked away in the Hilton hotel in the ever-busy JBR lies a hidden gem. Step inside the doors of Pachanga and you’ll be transported to another world, or to be precise, South America. The bar and restaurant ignores the norm of what is expected of establishments in Dubai and very much does its own thing.

Pachanga takes its interior lead straight from South America with dark wood panelling, retro ceiling fans and accents of animal print. The corner sofas are the perfect place to have an intimate drink while soaking up the Latin music, while the restaurant, which has large and roomy tables, is perfect for dinner with friends.

Pachanga comes alive on Sunday and Wednesday nights when the dance floor is set alight with professional salsa and tango shows. After the shows, the floor is open to those wanting to try out their fancy footwork and is ideal to meet fellow dance enthusiasts.

Pachanga offers dinner and drinks with a difference. The electric atmosphere and South American spirit make it a great choice for a truly different night out. Girls in particular will love having their own Dirty Dancing moment as they hit the dance floor but this is also the perfect destination for a date with a difference.

The incredible South American cuisine. The chef has created a mouth-watering menu that will not disappoint even the fussiest of foodies. From traditional Bide Empanada, a melt-in-the-mouth pastry which encases a rich meat and vegetable mixture, to a delicious duck terrine, the starters alone set the tone for what will be a meal to remember.
Moving on to the main course, meat lovers will be spoilt for choice with succulent sirloin and short ribs, while for seafood lovers the king crab salad is a must.

Friendly staff are on hand to offer advice on the extensive list of grape while the bar staff show off tricks of the trade by creating cocktails which pack a punch.

For a night filled with fun and Latin flair, Pachanga delivers every time.
